BackThe programme for next month's FemStart conference in Wroclaw finalised
The programme for the FemStart Wroclaw offers an interesting mix of contributions from Poland and elsewhere.
Representatives from renowned institutions in Poland will help raise awareness of the issue that too little is being made of the potential on offer from women with regard to starting up technology businesses which can make a substantial contribution to the country's economy.
From elsewhere, high-ranking experts from the world of entrepreneurship and support programmes will introduce participants to tools that are already being implemented, or will inform about why awareness of the issue is so low.
Invited experts include Britta Thomsen (MEP), Dr. Ewa Lisowska (Szkola Glowna Handlowa w Warszawie), Prof. Malgorzata Kujawinska (Politechnika Warszawska), David Fink (University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Prof. Sue Marlow (De Montfort University), Helene Schiffbänker (Joanneum Research) and Ilke Bickmann (Nano4women)
