BackThe Annual W.I.N. Global Forum is the core product of Women's International Networking (W.I.N). This year's forum takes place in Barcelona from 18. - 21. September 2008.
W.I.N. 2008, “women creating the future…..” is the 11th in a series of visionary global leadership forums developing, empowering and connecting leaders worldwide with a feminine, authentic and global vision. The forum encourages women to be the change through authentic action - alongside with men. W.I.N. believes that for change to be lasting it has to happen in a new paradigm where feminine values such as compassion, win-win approaches to negotiation, empathy, intuition, authenticity, integrity, caring and sharing plays a significant role. It is time to elevate leadership to whole new level and we invite you to join.
The interactive content of the three-day (plus) forum includes a global overview, work and career issues, and leadership and personal growth topics. They all focus on boosting creativity, explore and apply feminine power, and accelerating innovation and change. The programme is carefully designed based on a systems approach and a vision for the future based on authenticity and increased global and feminine consciousness.
